Craft Certificate in General Agriculture
Course description: All knowledge and practical skills that enable the student to engage in employment in agricultural enterprises. The course prepares the trainee for formal and self-employment and ability to produce, process and market agricultural products.
The course intends to lay a foundation for further studies in agriculture.
Modules include:
- Entrepreneurship & communication skills
- Science & Technical drawing
- Principles of crop production, soil science, animal production & farm management
- Economics, engineering, and extension
Possible jobs after graduation:
- Agricultural media and corporate communications
- Specialized agriculture-related jobs in government and private industry
- Marketing and sales for agricultural input suppliers and output buyers
- Agricultural research jobs
- Jobs in cooperative extension services
- Agricultural education jobs

Craft Certificate in Entrepreneurial Agriculture
Course description: All relevant knowledge skills and attitude to enable trainees to work in agricultural establishments and related industries.
The course aims at imparting competencies required to safely operate and effectively supervise entrepreneurial agriculture production process. The course is also intended to lay a foundation for further studies in agriculture.
The certificate in entrepreneurial agriculture is packaged in 2 modules:
- Foundation to crop and entrepreneurial agriculture
- Livestock and resource management.
Modules include:
- Entrepreneurship & communication skills
- Science
- Farm management
- Economics & Business plan
- Agricultural marketing & resource management

- Applications for the DIPLOMA and CERTIFICATE PROGRAMMES are ongoing.
- Applications for the Short Courses must be received at least one month before the course start Date.

- Accommodation for short courses can be arranged at an extra cost.
- We also develop and execute Tailor-made Short Courses as per the client’s requirements.
